surrounded by impressive and dreamy views of the sea and you will be able to take a break at any time to enjoy swimming
or snorkeling.
At first you follow the coastal road from PEFKOHORI past the natural harbor towards Paliouri. This is followed by a narrow

Gulf of Toroneos. You bike up and down the hills throug olive groves and pine forests over partly challenging gravel roads
but you will be rewarded every time for your effort with the impressive panoramic views.
At the end of the tour you can take a dip in the crystal clear and turquoise simmering sea.
2. From Kriopigi to Kassandria
About 20.3 km 354 m high / Difficulty: easy
The varied but easy tour through the inland to KASSANDRIA starts from KRIOPIGI on the east coast of Kassandra. It is also
suitable for beginners as it has only a few short steep climbs on gravel.
The first part of the route up the hill towards Kassandria is a bit steep, but then it goes quite comfortably on dirt roads and
tar roads through beautiful olive groves. A prominent point is the large grain silo located on the slope, which can serve as a
guide. Enjoy the spectacular views of the landscape on this bike ride. You can take a short break at the market square of the
town. From Kassandria you continue the tour towards Fourka and then back to the starting point via the mountain village
Kassandrino towards Kriopigi. This part of the tour goes through a charming valley full of old walnut trees that are typical for
the area.
KASSANDRA
3. Coastal tour from Neos Marmaras to Tristinika
41.0 km 545 m high / Difficulty: medium
You start from NEOS MARMARAS this moderate-difficult tour towards TRISTINIKA. On this route you have the opportunity to
explore a lot of untouched and pristine nature and also enjoy the views of the blue shimmering sea.
At the beginning you drive a long, steep route through the vineyards of Porto Carras. Once you are at the top, you can take a
short break to enjoy the wonderful views of the vineyards and the blue glittering sea. If you are lucky with the weather and
there is a clear view, you can spot the first finger of Kassandra behind the island of “Kelfios”.
From TRISTINIKA, on your way back to the starting point, you ride on unpaved gravel roads along the coast. You may have to
push your bike to a few spots. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile to hold on out there, because you come across many small and
enchanting bays where you should not miss to have a refreshing dip in the crystal clear water.
4. Spring of Agios Pavlos
Distance: 18.8 km 361 m / Difficulty: difficult
You start from the beach of Kalogria this short but quite difficult and demanding round route around AGIOS PAVLOS.
At first you ride comfortably on asphalt or dirt roads along the west coast of Sithonia with unique and wonderful views over
the sea and the lonely bays. But just a little later down the road there are around 300 quite steep meters. The paths are
unpaved, some with coarse gravel and sand. You need a lot of stamina and cycling skills to cope with this route. However,
the tour will make you forget the effort of the ascent when you look at the impressive rocky landscape surrounded by the
green pine forests.
When descending, you should be on your guard to avoid any fall due the condition of the pavement. You will then ride
through a dense forest to the spring and chapel of Agios Pavlos. A spring water source with very good drinking quality. Here
you can refill your water bottle for the way back. You end this route going down a tar road towards the coast back to
Kalogria.
